Freshly ground cinnamon made with a perfectly balanced blend of 'peni' or sweet, honey-flavored chips from younger cinnamon trees and 'miris', the extra spicy chips from wild and well developed old-growth trees.

Fully traceable, this cinnamon is organically grown and foraged by Diaspora partner farm collective Eko Land in the heart of Sri Lanka. Highlighting the seasonality of spice farming, each batch is grown and foraged in sustainable quantities and harvested at peak potency and freshness.

Rich with complex tasting notes including whiskey, orange blossom, and vetiver – use this single origin Peni Miris cinnamon in your next batch of horchata, jerk chicken, or your holiday pumpkin pie.

Committed to transparency, each jar comes labeled with its harvest date.
