One of the first books on Spanish architect Antoni Gaudí's work to be written after he became more prominently known outside of architecture circles, this survey seeks to cover the breadth of his styles and influences, focusing less on his career arch and more on different elements that informed his work, from an obsession with natural forms, to his Catalan upbringing, his work as a sculptor, and his particular interest in architecture of the Middle Ages.
