Delightfully smoky with a sweet and slow burn, Boukovo chili flakes are made from the late ripening hot and sweet heirloom peppers of Almopia, Greece. Slow-dried over a birchwood fire for 10 days and crushed by hand, these richly colored chili flakes add an exciting pop of flavor to any dish.
Throw some in a pan with olive oil for your morning's fried eggs, eat with yogurt over rice, or sprinkle on top of a roasted vegetable-goat cheese tartine for a simple but decadent lunch.
