Camp Collar Matty Shirt in Organic Indigo Shibori

Wild and yet refined, the creation of this otherwise classic camp collared shirt was truly a labor of love. Accordion pleated from selvedge-to-selvedge, its length stitched 40-50 times, and then dyed by hand with naturally fermented indigo before having each stitch then removed to reveal a pattern of hypnotic perforation, each piece is entirely unique by nature.

A single perfect pocket adorns the chest, while the back features one refined pleat down the center for distinction. Cuffed sleeves feature triangular cutout detail. Single tailor construction and French seams ensure that this garment is made to last.

Also available in Undyed

Indi is the adult clothing line counterpart to Indi Kids. Together, they are a project founded on a deep love for artisan craft in all its forms, and an obsession with indigo. With designs that draw inspiration from global textile traditions, each piece is created to honor and elevate the work of traditional craftspeople through fair wages and community reinvestment.
