Dandelion Chocolate

Single Origin Chocolate, 70% - Hacienda Azul, Costa Rica

Beautifully balanced, this bar boasts flavors both surprisingly funky and comforting – ranging from chèvre or other soft goat cheeses to caramel and waffle cone. A perfect bar for someone interested in expanding their perception of chocolate but not in the mood to take a deep dive.

The beans for these bars all come from trees grown on a single Costa Rican estate near Turrialba surrounded by a rich and biodiverse jungle habitat.

All of Dandelion's single-origin chocolates are purposefully cacao-forward, and as such contain no added cocoa butter, lecithin, or vanilla for flavor. All are free of soy, dairy, eggs, and gluten, and are produced in a nut-free factory.

Also available in our selection: Gola Rainforest, 70% and Maya Mountain, 85%.
