Dandelion Chocolate

Single Origin Chocolate, 70% - Hacienda Azul, Costa Rica


Beautifully balanced, this rich and complex bar boasts flavors both surprisingly funky as well as comforting – ranging from tropical custard fruits and tobacco to chocolate almond biscotti and coffee. A perfect bar for someone interested in expanding their perception of chocolate but not up to anything too gnarly.

The beans for these bars all come from trees grown on a single Costa Rican estate near Turrialba surrounded by a rich and biodiverse jungle habitat.

All of Dandelion's single-origin chocolates are purposefully cacao-forward, and as such contain no added cocoa butter, lecithin, or vanilla for flavor. All are free of soy, dairy, eggs, and gluten, and are produced in a nut-free factory.

Not just for eating, these bars are also ideal for making hot chocolate, brownies, cookies, and more.

Dandelion Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate factory based in the Mission District of San Francisco arguably crafting some of the best chocolates in the world.
