Gentle Jacket in Bark Brown Organic Corduroy
A hearty hunting-style jacket one can easily venture deep into the outdoors with, in a weighty corduroy lined with organic cotton in a traditional Indian ajrakh block print. Raglan sleeves and a subtle A-line frame allow for extra roominess and comfort. Naturally dyed a rich, chocolatey brown with the bark of thorny acacia trees, accented with embroidered popper buttons throughout.
Featuring both a zipper* and snap closures, an extra-large fold-up canvas collar which snaps shut for extra warmth, and good practical pockets, this jacket is sure to stand the test of time.

Almost all of their materials, from the cotton to the dye plants, grow within just a few miles of their forest studio in Tamil Nadu, India. STORY is constantly finding new ways to reduce their environmental impact, striving not just for sustainable and ethical fashion, but for truly 'positive products'.
Materials: Organic cotton corduroy (pre-treated with earth salts and sunlight, and naturally dyed with thorny acacia [Vachellia nilotica] bark), organic cotton lining (pre-treated with earth salts and sunlight, and naturally block printed with fermented indigo, cherry plum [Prunus cerasifra], fermented iron, and madder [Rubia tinctorum]), organic cotton thread, aluminum snap closures, stainless steel zipper with plastic stop, organic cotton label.
Made in India: Organic cotton grown, sewn, and dyed in India, designed in the UK.
