Closely related to oregano, but very much worthy of its own place in the pantry, marjoram is known for being one of the best tasting herbs when dried, long maintaining its full flavor and aroma.
Use it to season stuffing, veggie roasts, or sprinkle atop a fresh batch of hummus.
