Hibiscus & Wild Rose Honey
Hibiscus & Wild Rose Honey
A reminder from the flowers to sweeten what’s sour. Part infusion and part herbal electuary, this Hudson Valley honey is steeped in the mist-like taste of wild-collected coastal beach roses. Mixed with hibiscus flowers and marshmallow root powder, it is both hydrating and enlivening.
Spread a teaspoon or two on toast, stir into your morning tea, or drizzle on vanilla ice cream.
