Sustainably harvested, highly absorbent natural sea sponges specifically shaped to correspond with feminine lunar cycles. Non-toxic and naturally effective – comfortable for daily use and overnight.
Reusable and fully compostable. Depending on personal flow, sponges may be used up to 8 hours at a time and can last anywhere from 3 to 12 cycles. Can be used in combination with a pad or without.
Comes with two sponges per pack.
To use, soak with water, wring out, and insert. Once full, remove in a safe place, rinse out, and reinsert if needed. To clean, simply submerge in hot water mixed with apple cider vinegar and/or tea tree essential oil and allow to soak for at least 15 minutes.
