Wool Dryer Balls
Wool dryer balls naturally soften fabrics, eliminate static and wrinkles, and can reduce drying time up to 25%! Unlike liquid fabric softeners and dryer sheets, this sustainable laundry solution can be reused for several years without shedding toxins or microplastics into the water supply. When the dryer balls cease to be effective, because they are 100% natural and biodegradable, you can simply throw them in the compost pile.
Made with high micron count wool sourced from local New England farms.
How to use your wool dryer balls: Simply leave 3-6 wool dryer balls in your dryer to use with every load. The more of them you use, the more drying time is reduced. If you prefer scented laundry, after the main drying cycle has completed you can put a few drops of your favorite essential oil on them (and wait for it to absorb) and run your dryer on air dry for a few minutes.
Informed by her intimate experience growing up on her family's sheep farm in Glastonbury, Connecticut, Leah Beckett founded Herd Supply Co. – a mission-driven business aiming to make use of high micron count, rough American wool which would otherwise go to waste, creating useful products that help reduce plastic production and pollution.
Materials: Felted wool.
Made in Cambridge, Massachusetts from Beckett Farm's wool.
Comes 3 to a pack. Each dryer ball weighs 1.1 oz and is about the size of a tennis ball.
