Perfectly balanced between sweet and tart, Yumé Boshi's Good Food Award winning ume plum jam is otherworldly good. Made with Nanko variety ume plums, this versatile jam is supremely succulent with notes of apricot, spring flowers, and just a hint of bitterness for complexity.

Pure heaven on a grilled cheese sandwich or dolloped on top of yogurt or ice cream.

Store in a cool area out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
